Postnatal yoga classes to nurture connection, relaxation and play. A series of gentle classes for new mothers and babies, considering changes in the pelvic floor and core, releasing tension from the body, supporting emotional balance and bonding with baby. Classes are also a great way to meet with fellow Mamas and babies in a safe and supporting space. You're welcome to join us from 6-8weeks after your birth and until baby is pre-crawling.
